The Hype Haven Co offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar date each month as your original enrollment date. Annual plans are billed once per year on your enrollment anniversary. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in a 30-day month), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before any renewal charge to the payment method on file. Your receipt is emailed immediately after each successful charge.
ALL subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization, until you cancel.
Upon checkout, you will be charged the full subscription fee for your first billing period immediately. The checkout page will display the exact amount charged today, your billing frequency, and your next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged after cancellation, and your access will continue until the period end date.
We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of that period and no further charges are made. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@hypehaven.co and we will investigate promptly.
Members may pause their subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. No charges are made during the pause period. Your subscription automatically resumes and billing restarts at the end of the pause period. Digital library access is suspended during the pause.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change your plan price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you authorize the new charge amount.
If a recurring charge fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended until updated payment information is provided. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.
