Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Physical Product Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all components included
  • Not marked as a final sale item

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@hypehaven.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

2. Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

3. Digital Product Refunds

Digital products (downloads, patterns, templates, workbooks, cut files) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is due to the non-returnable nature of digital files. If you experience a technical issue with a digital file (corrupted download, wrong format, missing content), contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Subscriber Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period — no further charges are made, and your access continues until the period end date.

We do not issue refunds for unused time in a current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@hypehaven.co within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hypehaven.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition (unless pre-existing damage was the cause of return)
