Shipping Policy

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via secure link — no shipping required.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, major sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked and shipped from our fulfillment center.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days after shipment (available at checkout for an additional fee)
  • Express Shipping (US): 1–2 business days after shipment (available at checkout for an additional fee)
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • UK & Australia: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders with physical goods totaling $30 or more (within the US)
  • Standard Shipping (under $30): $5.99 flat rate (US)
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Digital Downloads: Always free — delivered instantly

5. Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined by order size, destination, and service level. We reserve the right to use the most appropriate carrier for your shipment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages)
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  • We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and either resend the order or issue a refund

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We are unable to estimate or be responsible for these fees.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to correct the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
