Return Policy

Return Window

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Important: Do not send returns to any other address. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email returns@hypehaven.co with your order number and the reason for your return
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  • Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the item to the return address above using a trackable shipping method

Returns submitted without an RMA number will be delayed or refused.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all included components
  • Free of signs of use, modification, or assembly

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • We made an error on your order

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected by Autofulfill, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account (typically 3–10 business days).

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (non-refundable once accessed)
  • Final Sale items
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items in used, incomplete, or damaged condition
